
Pastor Bryan Dugger
Full-Time Senior Pastor
Bryan has been part of the full-time staff at Westview since January 2000. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming from Shepherd College (now Shepherd University), a Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Antietam Bible College and Seminary, and a Master of Divinity in Theology from Liberty University. Bryan is presently working on a D.MIN in Ministry Leadership from Liberty University.
Bryan is a native of Martinsburg, WV where he lives with his wife Lydia, and their daughters Quinn and Sydney. His hobbies and interests include theology, philosophy, amateur astronomy, computers, history, and science.
Bryan’s life verse, Colossians 2:8, has shaped his faith and is the foundation of his teaching and preaching ministry.

Pastor Jason Crawford
Part-Time Worship Pastor
Jason Crawford is an accomplished pianist, percussionist, conductor, composer, arranger, producer, clinician, educator,and worship leader. He has a bachelor’s degree in music education from Alderson-Broaddus College (now Alderson-Broaddus University) in Philippi, West Virginia and a master’s degree in composition from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. In his long and varied career, Jason has been an inner-city public school music teacher, a Christian school educator, a minister of music, a private lesson instructor, and even a collegiate instructor of music theory and composition. He is currently the Band/Orchestra Director at Faith Christian Academy and the Minister of Music here at Westview Baptist Church in Martinsburg.
Pastor Ethan Kerns
Full-Time Student and Young Adult Pastor
Ethan Kerns is the Student and Young Adult Minister at Westview Baptist Church. For nearly all of his life, Ethan has lived in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, assimilating to the culture of Martinsburg and fostering a love for the people in the city. In 2012, he graduated from Faith Christian Academy and then moved to Lynchburg, Virginia to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Cinematic Arts from Liberty University. After a semester of investing in the film program, Ethan changed his career plans and felt the desire to pursue Biblical studies, thus graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Religion. Ethan previously worked at Chick-Fil-A in Martinsburg prior to joining the ministry team as the full-time Minister to Students and Young Adults.
